Guitar & Bass
Mikey has been a valued member of Sanctuary Studios for many years and is a key part of our artist development team. He brings extensive experience in event organisation, management, and hosting.
He guides artists and bands in musical direction, songwriting, musicianship, performance, and live event delivery.
With a strong background in music and performing arts, Mikey began his musical journey at West Herts College in Watford. He has performed across Hertfordshire and London as a vocalist, guitarist, and bassist with several bands, including Late Day Breakers & Tied To Your Soul. A multi-instrumentalist, he also plays drums and piano and often leads Jam Night sessions at Sanctuary Studios.
Drums
Alberto is a versatile drummer with roots in modern R&B, inspired by Vinnie Colaiuta and Stanley Randolph. Originally from Italy, she moved to London in 2011 and began performing in the gospel community before touring the UK with the Wailers and appearing at major festivals like Boomtown and Secret Garden Party.
Her career has taken her to stages worldwide, from Capital Breakfast and BBC Introducing to the NAMM trade show in LA, where she shared the stage with members of Stevie Wonder’s band. Alberta has also performed for high-profile events, including Rihanna’s New Year’s Eve party at Annabel’s, William & Kate’s charity ball, and Leicester City’s Premier League victory celebration. Most recently, she fulfilled a dream by performing with Jackson Method on the main stage at Ronnie Scott’s.
PIANO/KEYBOARD
Gaura Horn is a pianist and flutist educated at the Royal College of Music Junior Department, the Yehudi Menuhin School, and later at the Royal College of Music.
He has performed to critical acclaim at venues including Wigmore Hall and the Royal Festival Hall, as well as in France, Austria, Holland, and Spain. Gaura has worked with distinguished artists such as Sir Peter Maxwell Davies and violinist Tasmin Little, and as a session musician with DJ Culprate and Liberty Music’s Luke Whicker.
With over ten years of teaching experience in the UK and Spain, Gaura has taught music theory, flute, and piano across all genres. He has successfully prepared students for ABRSM graded exams, Diplomas, and competitions.

Music Tech
A friendly producer who has over 20 years' experience in sound production and music therapy. Anthony has worked on a wide range of different genres, from heavy rock, classical, country, rap/hip-hop to world music. Anthony will cover recording, post-production, mixing & mastering techniques through the use of Logic Pro & Pro Tools.
GUITAR & BASS
We specialise in full band lessons for all ages and abilities (kids, teens, adults). The sessions are mixed instruments and focus on performance, practice and composition, we hold regular events for all our students too!
We also offer one to one tuition that can be at students' own homes or at rehearsal rooms i.e Sanctuary Studio, West Herts College.
We offer music lessons for: Piano/Keyboard, Guitars, Bass, Drums, Vocals.
DRUMS
Jaleesa moved from Amsterdam to London in 2012 to study music and dived head-first into the city’s music scene. Within the first eighteen months, she joined a drumline and performed as part of the opening ceremony of UEFA championship’s final. Since then she has completed Masters at the University of West London, her Bachelor of Music (Hons) with the London Centre of Contemporary Music and has written a hip hop course for Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. In addition, she has also written and delivered many music courses that are being taught at primary and sixth form level.
Jaleesa has grown into a sought after musician. She played drums on George Ezra’s hit single ‘shotgun’ and sessions for various artists such as Elli Ingram, Enny, Brian Eno, Olivia Dean and The Go! Team. As a teacher she strives to deliver lessons that are tailored to the student’s learning aims.
